Pocket Pay is operated by Joshwillhoft Productions. This policy explains what the app stores about you and how it is used.
Balances and transactions in the app are records, not real funds. No bank account is opened, no money is moved, and no real transfers take place.
Your name and email address, your Pocket Pay tag, the balances and transaction records you create, gig applications, direct-deposit details you enter, loan requests and membership records.
Your ledger is private to you. Other members cannot see your balances or activity. The app owner can view records for oversight and support, but cannot move or take funds from your account.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the hosting and authentication providers that run the app, or where the law requires it.
You can request deletion of your account and records at any time using the support contact listed on the app store listing. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Pocket Pay is for people 18 and older. Accounts for minors are not permitted.
